When making filters with 3D elements, we start with building the 3D model. AR filters are limited in storage so our team has gotten creative with which details we can include and which details should be omitted. For this filter, the detailed fur material on the abominable snowman would’ve been too large to export as a filter, so we went with a more sculpture like look to keep the essence of the character while not preventing the program from working.
